Our Team

Leilani Shortt is Department Head for Financial Planning & Advisor Support. She started her career at another well-regarded financial advisory firm in Houston where she gained a wealth of knowledge and experience before joining the Fox Alliance team in October 2019.

Leilani graduated from Texas A&M University in August 2017 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Minor in Financial Planning. She currently holds her securities licenses 63, 65, and 7 through LPL Financial and is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

When she is not in the office, Leilani enjoys spending time with her husband Ryan and their dog Aspen. They can be found trying local coffee shops, traveling to different snow ski resorts, and cheering on the Aggies.

Adam is a Senior Advisor Support Associate at The Fox Alliance. Born and raised in San Antonio, Adam is a proud alum of Austin College in Sherman, TX, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American History. Before embarking on his financial industry career, Adam gained diverse experience in construction, aircraft parts procurement, and education. He began his financial career in 2007 at Alliance Bernstein and later worked with Capital Group and SWBC Investment Services before joining The Fox Alliance. Adam enjoys connecting with clients, educating them, and being a part of their financial journey.

Outside of work, Adam loves spending time with his friends and family, especially his two sons. His hobbies include following sports, watching movies and TV, listening to music, and playing board and video games.

David joined The Fox Alliance in March of 2024 as Lead Equity Trader. He previously worked with Fox's broker dealer, LPL Financial, for the previous nine years, where he held several roles, including time in the Corporate Actions, OCI and Equity Trading groups.

David received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from San Diego State University in San Diego, California. He is LEAN 6 Sigma Yellow Belt certified and holds his securities licenses 4, 7, 57, and 63 through LPL Financial.

Outside of the office, he is a regular at the gym, plays soccer, enjoys going to the beach, and working on his golf game.

JD is a Financial Planning Assistant at the Fox Alliance. He started his career in the financial services industry in 2018 and brings years of planning and advisory experience gained across firms in Austin, Dallas, and Portland, OR to the Fox Alliance team.

JD began his career working at a hospital but soon realized that he had a natural passion and curiosity for finance and economics and decided to switch careers to pair these interests with his desire to make a positive impact in others’ lives. He received his Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University in May of 2018.

Outside of work, JD can be found spending time with his wife, Megan, and their son, Hayes. Together they enjoy exploring new restaurants, taking Hayes on tricycle rides, and traveling to see friends and family. JD also loves going on epic outdoor adventures, and he never misses a Texas Tech football or basketball game.

Client Liaison
Jennifer Radford holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Baylor University and began her career in the financial services industry in 1997. She worked as an independent advisor with Ewing Financial Group, LLC and now, as part of The Fox Alliance, she manages various aspects of advisor and client support. Jennifer believes that strong connections form the backbone of excellent client relationships, fostering empathy, care, and a commitment to delivering the best service experience possible.

Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and their two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. She is passionate about traveling, reading, history, and needlework.

Travis Eaton is an Internal Tax Strategy Analyst at The Fox Alliance. He started his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young in their assurance practice in Dallas, TX.  It was not too long before Travis realized that he wanted to do work that would have a more direct and lasting impact on peoples lives. Through his search for this, he found The Fox Alliance and moved back to Austin to join them in August of 2017. 

Travis is a born and raised Texan, growing up in in San Antonio. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Professional Accounting degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. He is currently a Certified Public Accountant and holds his securities 7 and 66 registrations through LPL Financial.

Outside of office, Travis is active participating in soccer and volleyball social leagues. He spends a majority of his free time on Town Lake and the surrounding parks with his friends and dog, Colt.

Bailey serves as a Client Liaison at The Fox Alliance. She attended The Master's University in Southern California and received her Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies. Bailey loves connecting with people and is passionate about seeking to provide exceptional client experiences. She is a born and raised Austinite, and enjoys running on Town Lake, trying new foodie spots, and spending time with her family. Bailey also loves being involved in her local church, Austin Ridge.

Kem Yeary is a Client Liaison with The Fox Alliance, handling many aspects of client support. Having worked with Bill Fox for more than 15 years, she shares in the vision of investing in the person rather than just the portfolio. She approaches client support with the same level of care and empathy.

Before working with The Fox Alliance, she worked with ADP, starting as a receptionist and working her way up to Benefits Manager.

Kem received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas Tech University. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her three daughters. She is actively involved in her church, leading the children’s church and assisting with the youth team.

Tiffani Escobar is a Client Liaison at The Fox Alliance. Before joining The Fox Alliance, Tiffani worked at ResCare Premier (dedicated to persons with acquired brain injuries) as a Program Director. She has received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Texas State University in San Marcos, TX. Outside of the office, Tiffany loves spending time with her husband, her baby boy and their family Chihuahua, Bolt. Her favorite things to do are going out to eat, going to concerts and traveling.

Estella is a Client Liaison with The Fox Alliance. She graduated in 2011 from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in Social Work. Previously, she served as an assistant program director and maintained credentials as a certified brain injury specialist at Rehab Without Walls NeuroSolutions - a residential rehab program for adults with brain injuries. Since joining The Fox Alliance in 2022, Estella has enjoyed connecting with clients and being a part of their financial journey.

Estella enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, and their three sons, along with extended family and friends. Her hobbies include watching movies, reading, and building Lego sets with her kids. She also loves to watch football, listen to true crime podcasts, and considers the beach her happy place.

Kathy, born in Italy with Puerto Rican heritage, brings a rich cultural blend to her diverse professional background. With experience spanning healthcare, the automotive industry, and media sales support, she excels in each domain, united by her skills in customer service.

Beyond her career, Kathy treasures quality time with loved ones, enjoying movies with her husband and two boys. She's also a music enthusiast who loves attending concerts and an outdoor enthusiast who embraces nature. Kathy is a well-rounded individual who blends cultural richness, professional expertise, and a zest for life seamlessly into her journey.

Tiffaney is an Air Force Veteran who enlisted right after high school and served 20 years before retiring from active-duty service. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University and has 20 years of Administrative Support & Resource management experience from her military career as an Aviation Resource Manager and Government Flight Operations Chief. Now, as a Client Liaison with The Fox Alliance, Tiffaney focuses on client care and administrative support. She plays a key role in ensuring an enjoyable experience for each client interacting with our team.

Outside of the office, Tiffaney enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. Her hobbies include attending concerts & sporting events, cooking, and reading.
