Waqar Meyer

Waqar, was born and raised in Glendora California and is an Financial Planning Assistant at The Fox Alliance.

He received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Cal State University San Bernardino. Waqar’s first job was at nine years old working for his family’s auto repair business. This time was a formative shaping experience as to the true nature of building and serving within a local community.

His desire to serve led him to the mortgage industry. A home is generally the largest expense any family will have, and he wanted to be a quality part of making that experience great. He has also been a licensed loan officer with experience in all aspects of mortgage banking. Waqar’s mortgage experience lead him to the reality that there was a massive need to increase financial literacy and he chose to expand his service into the more comprehensive space of financial services. 

Waqar joined the The Fox Alliance in October of 2019. He holds securities licenses 7, 65, and 63 through LPL Financial. 

Outside of the office, Waqar enjoys staying active and enjoys the sport of open wheel auto racing. He is also a passionate practitioner of technical analysis for financial markets.

Waqar and his wife Shannon are proud parents to their son (Asa) and daughter (Sophia).
